Jan. 12 Tues.	1 pm	Office re-opens (Tues. & Thurs., 1:00 - 4:30 pm) after Holiday break.
March 17 Wed.	6:30 pm	OHS Annual General Meeting. The general public, members and friends of the OHS are cordially invited to attend. There's a potluck supper before the meeting (bring whatever you like). Knox Presbyterian Church, 89 Dunn Street.
April 24Sat	9 am - 4 pm	Our own Antiques Roadshow! At Turner Chapel Antiques 37 Lakeshore Road West Oakville. Come along and meet Jed Gardner and bring your collectables. Your item appraised - $5.00 for small items, $10.00 for larger items. All money donated to the Oakville Historical Society. For larger items, a house call can be arranged at a cost of $25.00 - by appointment only. Call Turner Chapel Antiques at 905-338-3252.
May 15 Sat	9 am - 1 pm. *Rain date 29th*	White Elepant Sale. At the Oakville Historical Society building, 110 King Street. All sorts of bargains - books, jewelley, small furniture, dishes and nic nacs. Please - no clothing items - they do not sell!
May 19 Wed	7:30 pm	Surely Not in Canada? Speaker: Author Ken Weber. Warning - be prepared to laugh!
June13th Sun	12 noon - 4 pm	Band Concert in Lakeside Park. Bring a picnic hamper and lawn chairs. Admission is free.
Sept. 25 and Sun 26		Doors Open Oakville. Some of Oakville's intriguing, charming and historic sites will be open to the public.Be sure to mark your calendars! Co-hosted by the Oakville Historical Society and the Erchless Museum.
Sept. 26 Sun.	1:30 pm - 4 pm	Harvest Festival. Celebrate that special time of year with us at Thomas House, Lakeside Park. There will be crafts, a bake table, free apple cider, games for the kids and lots of fun! Admission is free
