The sponsorship is our way of celebrating the fine work being done by this organization, the Scottish origin of the Town's founder, and the long history of both the Royal Canadian Army Cadets (almost as old as the Town) and the over 83 year history of the Lorne Scots Cadet Corps in Oakville (founded 1924).
